Your pro arrives within 15 minutes of the booked time. From 90 minutes before, you see a live arrival time, can message the pro directly, and can reach a person on our team with one tap.If we miss: the service is free.
The pro shown when you book is the pro who knocks on the door. If we ever need to send someone else, we ask first, and the booking is 20% off.If we miss: 20% off, and you can decline.
You send a reference photo. Your pro confirms it with a short video the day before, and every service has a minimum time so nothing is rushed.If we miss: a redo, a credit, or your money back.

Service prices are in line with a good Miami Beach salon. You see the full total before you confirm: service, an $8 travel fee per pro, and a 20% tip that goes entirely to your pro. There is no service or booking fee.
If your pro arrives more than 15 minutes after the booked time, you pay nothing for that service. The pro still gets paid; the cost comes out of our guarantee reserve, which is why we work hard not to be late.
